Standard Returns – Sleepwear & Accessories

Easy Returns – $6 Flat Fee
- You can generate a prepaid USPS return label through our online returns portal.
- We charge a $6 flat return fee, which is deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping costs vary across the US — instead of passing on the full carrier cost, we keep it simple with one flat rate.
- No guessing shipping prices. No complicated steps. Just print, pack, and send.

What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support Team, who will review and assist you.
How It Works
- Start your return online
- Print your prepaid USPS label
- Drop it off at USPS
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing. The $6 flat return fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Exchanges
Need a different size? You can request an exchange through the returns portal.
For exchanges, the $6 return shipping fee is paid upfront.
Once your return is received, we’ll process and ship your replacement.
Purchased from a Retailer?
If you purchased your item from another retailer (including Amazon), returns must be processed directly with that retailer.
Gro Mattress: 120-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We understand that sleep can take time to settle. That’s why every Gro Mattress includes a 120-day trial period.
You may use the mattress as intended during this time - it does not need to remain unused or in original packaging.
If within 120 days you decide it isn’t the right fit, simply contact our Customer Care Team to begin your return request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once approved.
Important
- The 120-day trial applies to one Gro Mattress per household
- The trial is separate from the product warranty
- The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects only
