We recommend that it is safest to avoid all loose blankets in the cot and instead add extra layers underneath your Swaddle Up™. Please refer to our guide on how to dress your baby.

If you do choose to use a blanket it is crucial that you follow the AAP guidelines in relation to using blankets in the cot.
